Cambodia and Australia Will be Closer: Courtesy Call and Discussion between HE Minister Huot Hak and HE YIP Derek, Australian Ambassador to Cambodia
On the afternoon of April 29, 2025, HE Huot Hak, Minister of Tourism, grants HE YIP Derek, Australian Ambassador to Cambodia, and his colleagues a courtesy call and discuss the matter, as well as exchange in-depth views on establishing bilateral cooperation in the tourism sector and cooperation to promote direct flight connecting between Australia and Cambodia, with the aim of facilitating tourism and business travel between Australians and Cambodians, especially facilitating more Australians to visit Cambodia, which is of a tourism potential and a country with peace, security, and political stability, and is increasingly considered as a popular tourist destination for Australians.
