នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី២៨ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងវេទិការធុរកិច្ច និងវិនិយោគ កម្ពុជា-ចិន ដើម្បីធ្វើការផ្គូរផ្គងការវិនិយោគរវាងវិនិយោគិនកម្ពុជា និងវិនិយោគិនចិន ទន្ទឹមនឹងនេះ វេទិកាធុរកិច្ច និងវិនិយោគកម្ពុជា-ចិន ដែលបានរៀបចំនៅពេលនេះ មិនមែនកើតឡើងដោយចៃដន្យនោះទេ គឺពិតជាឆ្លើយតបបានទៅនឹងចក្ខុវិស័យ និងបំណងប្រាថ្នារបស់ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំកំពូល និងប្រជាជននៃប្រទេសទាំងពីរ ដែលស្តែងឱ្យឃើញអំពីសក្តានុពលក្នុងការវិនិយោគ ជាមួយនឹងការវិនិយោគលើវិស័យទេសចរណ៍នៅកម្ពុជា ព្រមទាំងចូលរួមជំរុញការផ្សព្វផ្សាយពីសក្តានុពលទេសចរណ៍កម្ពុជាទៅដល់វិនិយោគិនចិន និងប្រជាជនចិនផងដែរ ដោយវេទិកានេះ មានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ តំណាងក្រសួង ស្ថាប័ន លោកជំទាវប្រធានសមាគមទេសចរណ៍កម្ពុជា និងអ្នកឧកញ៉ា ឧកញ៉ា លោក លោកស្រី វិនិយោគិនចិន និងកម្ពុជា សរុបចំនួនប្រមាណ ៤២៣នាក់ នៅសណ្ឋាគារ Shangri-La រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ។
The government’s incentive policy is a new initiative aimed at promoting investment in the tourism sector and has demonstrated to the world that Cambodia is a safe tourism destination with a favorable environment and great potential for investment.
On the morning of April 28, 2025, His Excellency HUOT Hak, Minister of Tourism, presided over the Cambodia-China Business and Investment Forum to facilitate investment collaboration between Cambodian and Chinese investors. This forum is not a coincidence; rather, it reflects the shared vision and aspirations of the top leadership and people of both countries. It highlights the potential for investment—especially in Cambodia’s tourism sector—while also helping to promote Cambodia’s tourism potential to Chinese investors and the Chinese public.
This forum saw participation from numerous high-level delegates including Excellencies, Ladies and Gentlemen representing various ministries and institutions, the President of the Cambodia Tourism Association, as well as Chinese and Cambodian investors, totaling approximately 423 participants. The event took place at the Shangri-La Hotel in Phnom Penh.
